A New Zealand take on an old world classic. A crisp dry Larger nicely hopped up with floral notes of citrus and spice. Classic New Zealand hops give lots of spice and citrus with hints of tropical fruit.
A homage to New Zealand/ American style pale ales. Ours marries American hops and their grapefruit and citrus pine character, with New Zealand hops and their tropical floral notes.
A dry Japanese style Lager brewed with Yuzu to give a big refreshing citrus hit. Yuzu is a type of Japanese citrus that has similar flavours to lemon, grapefruit and lime.
A staple and fan favourite of the Duncan’s line up, this IPA is brewed with juniper berries which deliver hints of pine and citrus aroma and flavour.
Our creative take on a new world Indian Pale Pilsner Ale. Brewed with a combination of Mosaic, Motueka, Cascade and Hallertau Melon, this beer is assertively hopped with a nice dry finish.
A big American hopped Double IPA. The Big George is hopped with Citra and Ekuanot, giving it a mighty pineapple and citrus tropical hit.
An umbra is the shadow that the Earth casts when hit by sunlight. This Imperial Stout is pitch black and robust with notes of stone fruit and dark chocolate.
Infused with cocoa husks, a by product of the chocolate making process, this stout possesses rich, deep flavour and aroma.
A rare sour beer to come out of Duncan’s, and an odd one at that. This is a dessert style sour, brewed with vanilla and lactose sugar to give a slight sweetness to the delicious tartness of raspberries.
A big, juicy, hazy, IPA. Brewed with mango, passion-fruit, pineapple, and a literal bucket load of Mosaic and Citra hops.
A collab brew with Melbourne based Moon Dog Brewery. This beer is a mash-up of Duncan’s Whippy IPA, and Moon Dog’s Splice of Heaven. Creamy and fruity, this milkshake IPA packs a punch with notes of vanilla and strawberry.
Super dry and crisp. This brut style imperial pilsner is brewed with orange blossom water, light pilsner malt and Mandarina Bavaria hops, creating a floral orange champagne style beer.
A roasty toasty traditional Irish Stout, sweetened with milk sugar. The Quad has full body and a creamy taste. At 4% it’s an easy and comforting drink on a cold winter’s day.
Lightly inspired by our pillowy pink childhood favourite. This beer is brewed with El Dorado hops to give a subtle sugar like aroma and flavour, with just a touch of raspberry.
Tropical, tropical, tropical. This beer is the mango lassi of East Coast IPA’s. Brewed with mango, vanilla, lactose and a tonne of tropical fruity hops.
Our cellar door has limited open hours as our brewer George staffs the cellar door around his daily work. Regular open hours (Friday & Saturday) are advertised here and on our facebook page. Occasionally we open outside of these times, look for the OPEN sign on Sheffield Street.
