MENU

STARTER | Pol roti paired with Duncan’s Pilsner
Pol roti to start. Warm, toasty, torn and shared. Served with Seeni sambal – jammy onions, sweet tropical heat.

MAIN | Aiyō dhal paired with Pink Grapefuit Haze, Hazy IPA
For the mains, it all hits at once. Aiyō dhal. Deep, unapologetic beef curry. Sweet-sour batu moju – A jammy, spice-soaked eggplant cutting through the richness. A moreish fish cutlet. Fragrant yellow rice, wrapped in banana leaf so the aroma arrives first. Tropical. Balanced, no restraint.

DESSERT | Tea and biscuits paired with San Nicolas, Strong Spiced Ale
We finish slow. Tea and biscuits. Decadent Sri Lankan biscuit pudding. Dark, rich chocolate mousse with a light tropical tea foam. Dessert as memory.
