SOURS Survey Prize Draw 2026 — Terms and Conditions

Promoter
The promoter is Duncan’s Brewing (“Duncan’s Brewing”).

Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Duncan’s Brewing, its associated companies, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to enter
To enter, participants must complete the Duncan’s Brewing survey and provide the information requested, including a valid email address for prize-draw purposes. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. No purchase is necessary to enter.

Closing date
Entries must be received by 11:59pm on 16 October 2026. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

Prize
There are three prizes, with each winner receiving one $100 online-store voucher for Duncan’s Brewing, redeemable through duncansbrewing.co.nz.

The total prize pool is valued at $300.

Prize restrictions
Each voucher:

  • has a value of NZ$100;

  • is valid for online purchases through Duncan’s Brewing’s online store;

  • expires on 31 December 2026;

  • cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred for monetary consideration; and

  • is subject to any applicable terms, conditions, product availability and delivery restrictions of the Duncan’s Brewing online store.

Where applicable, purchases made using a voucher must comply with all legal age and alcohol-sale requirements. The voucher does not entitle the holder to receive alcohol where doing so would be unlawful.

Prize draw and notification
The three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.

Winners will be notified by email using the contact details provided with their entry. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, or is found to be ineligible, Duncan’s Brewing may redraw the prize and select another eligible winner at random.

Prize conditions
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Duncan’s Brewing reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Duncan’s Brewing accepts no responsibility for an entry that is lost, delayed, incorrectly submitted, incomplete or unable to be delivered for any reason beyond its reasonable control.

Privacy
Personal information collected through the survey and prize draw will be collected, stored and used by Duncan’s Brewing for the purposes of administering the survey, conducting the prize draw, contacting winners and fulfilling prizes, and for any other purposes disclosed at the time of collection or authorised by the entrant.

Duncan’s Brewing will handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

Personal information will not be used for unrelated purposes or disclosed to third parties except where reasonably necessary to administer the survey or prize draw, where authorised by the entrant, or where required or permitted by law. If a third-party survey or prize-fulfilment provider is used, relevant information may be shared with that provider for those purposes.

General conditions
Duncan’s Brewing reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms or attempts to manipulate or interfere with the entry process.

Duncan’s Brewing may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.

Acceptance of terms
By entering the survey prize draw, participants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
