A deliciously sticky Toffee Apple Pastry Sour beer, brewed with our good friends Peckham’s Cidery & Orchard. Toffee malt and lactose impart a full-bodied sweetness that complements the earthy caramel profile from Major apples, harvested from Peckham’s orchard in the 2024 season.
